This training will help you to:
- Inform students about the many educational opportunities available to them in the USA
- Help students select U.S. colleges and universities that match their goals and supportive needs
- Prepare students to transition to new institutional, classroom, and social cultures in the U.S.
- Support students through the U.S. college and university admissions, visa application, and enrollment process
- Access and utilize academic advising resources, including the internationally developed academic advising core values and competencies set forth by the Global Community for Academic Advising (NACADA)
- Develop the first U.S. - Vietnamese Academic Advising Network
